Sardine, being a blue fish, contains omegas 3 and 6 that help prevent cardiovascular diseases and protect the heart of our pets.
Sardines are also rich in minerals, especially phosphorous, as well as selenium, iodine, iron and magnesium. It contains B vitamins such as B12, B6 and B3, as well as significant amounts of fat-soluble vitamins E and D (which help absorb calcium).
Vitamin B12 and vitamin E, in addition to omega 3 EPA and DHA, favor the digestive system and the stages of pregnancy and lactation.
Vitamins B6 and D strengthen bones, skin and the immune system. Omegas 3 and 6 act as a natural anti-inflammatory.
Thanks to being rich in magnesium and vitamin B3, it is a good source of energy. Selenium promotes skin and cell regeneration. And its spine has a high calcium content, and when it is cooked it is easily digested.
